What's included in a subscription?
Every plan unlocks all Plume plugins plus a monthly pool of credits. Plans differ only by how many credits and sites you get.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from your account.
What are credits, and which plugins use them?
Credits pay for the features that run on Plume's side: AI product listings, AliExpress data, parcel tracking, invoices and sales sent to the tax administration and the first reply in each live chat conversation. Invoice PDFs, Forms, Gallery, Reviews and Debloat never use credits. Your credit pool is shared across all your sites and plugins, refreshes each month, and you can top up anytime. Credits you purchase as top-ups never expire.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual billing gives you 2 months free (10× the monthly price for a full year). You still get the same monthly pool of credits each month. Switch by toggling the billing cycle above.
How many sites can I use my license on?
Starter = up to 10 sites, Pro = up to 20, Agency = up to 50. Your credits are shared across all of them, so a few small stores never feel penalised. You can deactivate a site from your account to free a slot.
What does each action cost in credits?
A complete AI product page (variations named, photos retouched, description, attributes and SEO) is about 40 credits, so 1,000 credits ≈ 25 products a month, 3,000 ≈ 75, 7,000 ≈ 175. A tracked parcel is 3 credits, an AliExpress order sync 1, a live chat conversation 1 (on your first reply), a retouched photo 5, and a standalone AI description about 8. Nothing is charged twice, and a call that fails is refunded automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account. You keep full access until the end of the current period, with no further charge.
Do you offer refunds?
Plugins are digital content delivered immediately, so subscriptions and consumed credits are non-refundable (see our terms). You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
