Every plan unlocks all Plume plugins plus a monthly pool of credits. Plans differ only by how many credits and sites you get.
Which Plume plugins are available today?
Five plugins are available: Plume AliExpress Sync (AliExpress tracking numbers in WooCommerce), Plume Tracking (a white-label order tracking page), Plume Product AI (AliExpress product import with AI), Plume Invoices (automatic PDF invoices and French e-invoicing) and Plume Chat (a white-label live chat). Reels, Forms, Gallery, Reviews and Debloat are coming next, at no extra cost.
What are credits, and which plugins use them?
Credits pay for the features that run on Plume's side: AI product listings, AliExpress data, parcel tracking, invoices and sales sent to the tax administration and the first reply in each live chat conversation. Invoice PDFs, Forms, Gallery, Reviews and Debloat never use credits. Credits refresh each month and you can top up anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel before it ends.
Will Plume plugins slow down my WooCommerce store?
No. Each plugin does one job, with no framework and no third-party library, and loads nothing on pages that don't need it. Your store keeps its speed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account. You keep full access until the end of the current period, with no further charge.
How many sites can I use my license on?
Starter covers up to 10 sites, Pro up to 20 and Agency up to 50, with credits shared across all of them. You can deactivate a site from your account to free a slot.
Do you offer refunds?
Plugins are digital content delivered immediately, so subscriptions and consumed credits are non-refundable (see our terms). You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
What are the requirements?
WordPress with WooCommerce 5.0+ and PHP 8.0+. Plume plugins are lightweight and dependency-free, and updates are automatic.
